How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — we offer a 7-day refund on your first Pro subscription. Email billing@excelpro.academy within 7 days.
My exercise answer seems correct but is marked wrong
Email us with the exercise name and your formula. We review all reported grading issues within 24 hours.
Can I use ExcelPro without a Google account?
Yes — sign up with email and password. Google login is optional.
